Let’s just start with I was a little over a month out from my wedding when I went to my first dress fitting (somewhere different) and my dress was pretty much butchered. Didn’t even look like the same dress. I was stressed, emotional, and honestly just started panicking because I never imagined I would be searching for another wedding dress that close to my wedding day 😭. I walked into Lady In Lace hoping for a miracle, and that is exactly what I got. From the moment I walked in, they were absolutely incredible. They listened to me, made me feel comfortable, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and somehow turned what had been such a stressful situation into one of the best parts of my wedding experience. I ended up finding a dress that I love even MORE than my original dress, and I walked out feeling excited about being a bride again instead of stressed. I truly cannot thank them enough for the kindness, patience, and care they showed me when I needed it most. If I could give Lady In Lace more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 experience from beginning to end. I will forever be grateful that I walked through their doors.

Lady in Lace provided an exceptional experience when my daughter was searching for her wedding dress. From the moment we walked in, they were kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping her find the dress—one that truly matched her vision. I can’t speak for my daughter, but as her mom, their attention to her and dedication to making her feel seen and supported meant so much to me. Nothing about the experience felt stressful. It was a fun, exciting morning, and we never once felt rushed. Their knowledge and expertise made it clear they truly understood how to bring her dream dress to life. When we returned for the fitting, the experience was just as wonderful—so kind, so attentive, and thoughtful toward all of us. It never felt transactional. Instead, it felt personal and meaningful. Lady in Lace will always hold a very special place in our hearts and in the memories from that season of our lives.

The service was incredibly personal because the stylists really listened to how I felt in each dress and used that to pull options that just kept getting better. I received so many compliments on the design, which was customized by the owner of Lady in Lace through the designer. The dress was transformed due to her customization. Lady in Lace made all my dress dreams come true!! I went with a dress from their store, but decided I wanted to add on and do custom sizing. They worked with me, offered advice on what would look and feel best, and made my vision come to life working with one of their designers. I could not have asked for friendlier staff or a better experience, they truly cared about making exactly what I want come to life. I cannot recommend this store enough!
